Enacted in January 2024, this law requires that your condominium capital reserve study report be finalized by January 2025 and your structural integrity inspection completed by January 2026.

It is anticipated that insurance companies and mortgage companies will continue to request copies of the mandated Condominium Capital Reserve Study reports and Structural Integrity Inspection reports prior to issuing insurance policies and mortgages.
